At least 30 civilians including children were killed by the terrorist group Daesh in Ghor in central Afghanistan.

The killings took place late Tuesday in retaliation for the death of one of the commanders of the terrorist group.

The IS was reported since 2015 and mainly fought by Afghan forces in the eastern provinces of Afghanistan.

The group claimed two spectacular attacks in Kabul in recent months, but this is the first time an operation of this magnitude is allocated in the center of the country, exactly halfway between Kabul and the great city of Herat, in the West.
