The Human Rights Agency (ADH) is deeply concerned about the human rights situation in Eritrea.

We are concerned about the weak rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, as well as the lack of independent civil society organization in Eritrea.

It seems that the conditions of hundreds of victims of arbitrary detention or enforced disappearances are still uncertain. In addition, inhuman conditions in Eritrean prisons, exacerbated by restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, have been denounced by human rights defenders…
