Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, called on the world to make peace « our top priority ».

Mr. Guterres waves to share with the world an issue which weighs heavily on his heart. « How can we help the millions of human beings trapped in conflicts, who suffer enormously in interminable wars? ».

The Ninth Secretary-General of the Organization condemned the « lethal force » that decimated civilians. « Women, children, men are killed or wounded, forced into exile, dispossessed and deprived, even hospitals and humanitarian convoys are targeted, » he said (…)
